Now Hiring. Help Guide Our Cadets to Success!
Families make the difficult, but potentially life-changing decision to send their youth to our academy. This requires trust, not only in the program, but in their youth, to become the best version of themselves. Throughout the Youth Challenge journey, cadets will learn to take ownership of their lives and develop the leadership skills needed to succeed as productive community members.
While this program is offered free of charge, the cost of attendance is valued at around $30,000 per cadet. We carefully select applicants who have indicated they are ready and committed to completing the program. While most see this as an opportunity to change something that isn't working in their lives, the program isn't always the best fit for everyone.
The difference between success and failure can be small. It often comes down to the decision to stick with the program through those moments when the going gets tough.
Staff and families work as a team to support the cadets during their Youth Challenge experience. We know there is hope for their positive change and increased preparedness for life. We aim for daily wins to honor this hope. The journey can be bumpy for some, but the transformation is undeniable as they walk across the graduation stage with a sense of confidence and accomplishment.
Below are resources for families of prospective and current cadets. If you have questions, please visit our staff directory for contact information.
