Related to utPLSQL/utPLSQL-cli#225 and the matching utPLSQL-java-api change (adds oraclepki).

Summary

The plugin can now connect using credentials stored in an Oracle Wallet. Leave dbUser and dbPass unset and point dbUrl at the TNS alias of the stored credential:

<properties>
    <dbUrl>jdbc:oracle:thin:@MYDATABASE</dbUrl>
</properties>

This keeps the database password out of pom.xml, settings.xml and the command line.
