Effective January 1, 2024, a common carrier may not transport of deliver alcoholic beverages to a person in the state unless approved by the board or interimly approved by the AMCO Director. How to Object to an Application Under 3 AAC 306.065, interested persons may submit an objection to an application, not later than 30 days after the application has been deemed completed and notice has been sent to the local government. Completed applications with their objection deadline can be viewed here.
