From Developer to Expert Consultant
I started as a software developer in 2001, but discovered my passion was combining technical analysis with soft skills to solve higher-level problems. One-hour meetings, coffee conversations, and architectural decisions that can save organizations thousands or help them earn millions.
I've authored technical books, led dozens of teams in evolving software architectures, and bridged the gap between engineering, product, and strategy for over fifteen years.
Today I work as a Forward Deployed Architect: an architect who embeds with your team and takes the system from business intent to shipped software, using AI across the delivery process instead of advising from an ivory tower.
My focus: providing clarity where there is noise, building bridges where there are gaps, and simplifying complex topics.

I created Mosy as a new approach to software architecture practices that embraces all the transformations happening in the industry while ensuring there is a proper focus on Modeling Systems (MoSy).
