RankMill's agents study your site, propose topics worth ranking for, write full posts in your voice, and open and merge the pull requests on your repository, on the weekdays you pick. You fill in the facts they could not find, and edit by chatting.
- Research agent: Reads your site. When you create a project, the research agent reads your website and competitors and writes the website profile every later agent works from.
- Topic finder: Proposes five topics. The topic finder reads that profile and suggests five topics, each with an outline, on the cadence you set or whenever you ask.
- Publish cadence: Gives each a day. The cadence places topics on your publishing weekdays, up to two weeks ahead, and queues another hunt when it runs short.
- You: Answer a few questions. Each topic asks up to four questions the agents could not answer from your site. Switch on Human in the loop and nothing is written until you answer.
- Writer agent: Drafts each post. As its day approaches, a writer drafts each post in your voice from the outline, your answers and the project's writing rules. Posts are written in parallel.
- Publisher: Merges it on GitHub. At the slot time RankMill commits the post to a branch, opens a pull request against your default branch and merges it, retrying if GitHub refuses.

Reads your site and competitors into a website profile, then proposes topics it can tell you have not been covered yet.
Conversational editing
Revise a post by chatting with an editor agent. Ask for a change in plain words and it edits the markdown.
Publish cadence
Pick the weekdays, the hour and the posts per day. The cadence keeps the next two weeks planned, hunts topics when it runs short, and the calendar shows every planned and published post.
GitHub publishing
Connect a repository per project. Every post goes out as a pull request RankMill opens and merges, with the frontmatter your site expects, and an edit can go out as a follow-up pull request.
Human in the loop
Each topic asks up to four questions about facts the agents could not find. Answer them from the calendar or the post, and switch the loop on to hold every post until you have.
Writer agent
Full drafts in your voice, with headings, structure, and frontmatter shaped the way your repo expects it.
Brand & writing rules
Set the tone, the words to avoid, and the facts to keep saying, once per project. Every post written for it obeys them.
Activity feed
Every agent run the team has made, with what it was for, how long it took, and why it failed.
Team workspaces
Invite teammates into shared projects with a monthly run budget everyone can see.
