- Designed and built a first-class data mart correlating product entitlements, usage, telemetry, and cross-product analysis across ten products at a daily grain.
- Drove 11× YoY usage growth by integrating dozens of disparate sources into reliable pipelines, delivering insights to 200+ enterprise customers and stakeholders.
- Established the mart as the single source of truth for entitlement and usage data, earning the authority to define data-shape and reliability rules across teams.
- Led DevOps (CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes infrastructure) and authored architectural decision records to keep governance consistent across engineering teams.
- Produced actionable reports connecting internal data sources and teams that had never interacted (often siloed by past mergers) and interfaced directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to meet their needs.
- Built full-coverage unit, integration, end-to-end, and data-validation tests (freshness, conformity) with KPI and uptime reporting, setting and meeting high standards for coverage and uptime.
- Spearheaded an internal MySQL patch for broader interoperability with Apache Impala.
