zhaleff

Frontend engineer. I care about how things feel.

I build interfaces with React and Next.js — things that are precise, intentional, and worth the user's attention. I'm not interested in adding complexity. I'm interested in removing it until something actually works.

What I focus on

UI Engineering Performance Precision
Components that behave exactly as expected, every time. Fast by default, not as an afterthought. The details that most people skip — I don't.

How I work

01 — Clarity over cleverness.
Code that's easy to read is easier to maintain, scale, and hand off.

02 — Design and development aren't separate.
I think in both — that changes what I ship.

03 — Interfaces have opinions.
Every spacing choice, every transition — someone made a decision. I make those decisions deliberately.
