Step 3 of SLANGFORDOTNET has been ported and PRINT, PRINTLINE (Statements ) work. The outputs of the mono and java version match.

Step 2 of SLANGFORDOTNET has been ported and minimal checks run. Renamed the all-CAPS classes to look more java-ish. All the rest has been more or less a source port from C# to Java so far.
