Redocly resources aren't included in docs build steps

The redocly links on this page:
https://wuxi-nextcode.github.io/nextcode-python-sdk/apidoc.html

Which we link to from the research portal (see python-sdk-doc for example) and thus are actively sending users to, do not seem to have the expected resources available. I cannot find any reference to them having ever been included so I don't think this is a very recent problem.
