• Rewrote f/ to use integer arithmatic -- seems to be a good deal faster. I should clean it up a bit more. Because f/ is faster, moved back to the cleaner but more division intensive method in fs.

• Added FS. to print floats in scientific notation. It's using the dragon2 algorithm, which isn't perfect (e.g. you can get 0999... instead of 1), but is a good start.
