  1. feat: page split on mid-page insert for multi-page programs 

    When a program spans multiple pages and a page is full, editing a line
on that page caused an out-of-memory error because the insert code
could not shuffle data across pages. Add a page split operation (slot 3
module) that moves content from the insert point onward to a newly
allocated page, shifting the page table to accommodate it. The insert
then retries on the now-roomier page, cascading splits if needed.
