Test-case filenames should always begin with the associated filetype name, properly delimited from the remaining part of the filename. As of v9.2.0636~1, a convenience function "DeferRenamingTestFileTo" is provided in "VIM_TEST_SETUP" aware contexts to temporarily give the file under test another, arbitrary name before executing ":syntax on".
