    - Созданы 2 дополнительных класса Car, Race
- Race содержит метод рассчета лидера гонки
- Car содержит атрибуты и конструктор для класса
- Main получает значения от пользователя и выводит победителя гонки
- Есть проверка следующих некорректных значений: больше 0 и меньше или равно 250, пустая строка или нет, проверка число это или нет

  2. Внесенные изменения: 

    - Убраны бесконечные циклы
- Созданы отдельные методы под получение имени и скорости
- Созданы переменные минимальной и максимальной скоростей
- Изменен класс Car. Атрибуты теперь final
