I've noticed several cases where temp languages have made their way into http://td.unfoldingword.org/exports/langnames.json.

temp languages should only exist in http://td.unfoldingword.org/api/templanguages/ which are then mapped to approved languages in http://td.unfoldingword.org/api/templanguages/assignment/changed/
