We don't use Tidelift, so this removes it from the two places the org .github repo references it:

  • SECURITY.md — the "Reporting a vulnerability" section drops the Tidelift option; GitHub private advisories (already the preferred method) remain the single reporting path.
  • .github/FUNDING.yml — the org funding defaults drop the tidelift: key (and the comment that pointed forks at a per-package Tidelift entry).

Per-repo security.md and FUNDING.yml files that also referenced Tidelift are being cleaned up in companion PRs on their own repos.

We don't use Tidelift. Remove it as a reporting path from the org-wide
SECURITY.md (GitHub private advisories remain the method) and drop the
`tidelift:` key from the org funding defaults.
