We don't use Tidelift. Remove it as a reporting path from the org-wide SECURITY.md (GitHub private advisories remain the method) and drop the `tidelift:` key from the org funding defaults. Co-Authored-By: Claude <[email protected]>

We don't use Tidelift, so this removes it from the two places the org
