Please ignore this PR & the branch release-0.8.0 branch for now, it is pending a discussion before moving forward. I had a mis-interpretation of the naming scheme explained by git flow, and will need to adjust the branch name or change the branch FastTrack-CP-56 merges into accordingly. |

Adds CP-56 documentation (temporarily pointing towards Confluence until PDFs for UCO are added) to the 0.8.0 upcoming releases page.
