Theresa's test information - #23

Thanks! Jessica sent me the one that the MSFs are supposed to use and I modified it just a bit to be appropriate for our purposes. We are submitting a paper on some of the design and reusability issues within NWChemEx and Ben will be on that paper. So, I wanted to make sure that his time on MolSSI was acknowledged properly.
