  1. Remove the answer key and reference scans from the benchmark 

    The upstream repository ships the labels a static-analysis evaluation is
scored against: expectedresults-0.1.csv, the Bandit and Bearer reference
results, the scoring config, the crawler request corpus, and a README that
documents every category. An agent auditing this checkout could read its own
answer key.

Delete those artifacts so the checkout is a fair target. The application code
under testcode/, templates/, helpers/, testfiles/, and app.py is unchanged from
upstream at f129148.

This fork exists only to serve as the audited corpus for Recon's
security-codebase-audit evaluation.
