For converter/usb_usb, added preliminary mouse support for Logitech Unifying Receiver.
Known issue:
1, Has to disable horizontal wheel to make it work. Tested with M570 and MX Master.
2, If enable both usbhub and composite device, hex will exceed 28kB.
