Added explicit clamping of r, g, b channel values to the valid range [0, 255] before hex conversion in the
rgbToHexfunction inutils/color.ts. Out-of-range values (e.g., negative or > 255) are now safely clamped instead of producing incorrect hex output.Changes Made
