Refresh @opencode/plugin, eslint, typescript-eslint, and web UI packages. Leave typescript on 6.0.3 (7.x is a separate major migration).
Keep @opencode/plugin 2.0.24 and adopt @tursodatabase/database 0.8.2 from main.
