GitHub theme anchors on the actual repo links serve no purpose and complicate the actual link.
Handle no-preference, only use 'dark' theme, otherwise default.

Transform to HTML with
<picture>andsrcset.Why?
These anchors serve no purpose and complicate a simple link.
Dark mode was not working, now it is.
