Thank you very much! The addition of types and the conversion from scripts to a full-fledged command-line processor have greatly improved the quality, maintainability, and usability of the CodeHawk Java analyzer. Great contribution!

Adds type annotations to most files. Restructures IndexedTable.py and the cmdline directory so that all commands can run from a single executable.
