Points the Console at console-app#95, the sweep-4 redesign of the projects list, the Secrets and SSM parameters pages and the stage page, and registers its tests.
The registry adds two unit tests (
project-stages.test.tsfor the stage strip's state rules,MiddleTruncate.test.tsfor where long names are cut) and one isolated browser test (isolated-secrets.test.ts) to the Console lanes and slices that already own the neighbouring projects and deployment tests.Checks:
