n8n manual review rejected 0.1.2: the codex node field read
n8n-nodes-base.stackScan, which claims the node ships inside n8n's own
first-party package. It has to name the npm package it actually lives in.

Registry metadata is immutable per version, so this needs a release rather
than a re-publish.
