Wire ownership checks into embedded dashboard calls
In the worksheet/block-document flow, this guard only runs when authorizeDashboard is supplied, but I checked apps/sqlrooms-cli-ui/src/createBlockDocumentAgent.ts:111-118 and apps/sqlrooms-cli-ui/src/ai/createCliBlockDocumentAiTools.ts:208-215: embedded_dashboard_agent is still the raw dashboardAgentTool created with only baseOptions and databaseAdapter. In that context, a worksheet agent can pass any existing dashboardId, satisfy the existence check here, and mutate a dashboard that is not owned by the current worksheet. Please wire an authorizeDashboard callback or wrap the embedded tool with a current-worksheet ownership check before exposing it.

Require owned dashboard blocks for worksheet agents
The new callback is now wired, but this predicate treats any dashboard stateful block in the worksheet as owned. block-document.create-stateful-block and pasted content can create ownership: 'shared' | 'external' blocks that deliberately point at backing state not lifecycle-owned by this worksheet; in those cases the worksheet agent can still call embedded_dashboard_agent and mutate that external dashboard because block.ownership is ignored. Please reject non-owned blocks here, e.g. require (block.ownership ?? 'owned') === 'owned', when enforcing this ownership boundary.
