fix: word wrapping in notebook "Add new" cell dropdown - #454

The AddNewCellDropdown popover was constrained to w-[100px], causing multi-word labels like "Text / Markdown" and "Input / Parameter" to break across two lines.

Changes

• packages/notebook/src/cellOperations/AddNewCellDropdown.tsx
  • PopoverContent: w-[100px] → w-auto so the dropdown sizes to its content
  • Label <span>: added whitespace-nowrap to prevent wrapping regardless of container
