Right now it's impossible to build sqlcipher for android v.23 because of the exposed "setExtras" method. this patch fixes it.

Hi @seavan

We have just merged in a similar pull request into our android-n-preview branch. The difference being the merge stores the Bundle when set. I am going to close this request as it is addressed in our new development branch.
