Fixes #37282.

getSecWebSocketProtocol() now parses comma-separated values from every
Sec-WebSocket-Protocol header entry.

Tests: ./gradlew :spring-websocket:test --tests org.springframework.web.socket.handler.WebSocketHttpHeadersTests
