"of these" strongly implies that the text should be listing some constraints, but none are listed.
If not there, I was expecting to maybe see them highlighted in some color, but if there were any highlights I couldn't see them (most of the screen went red, and red is also the color of selection, so maybe I just missed it).
I was making tangent arc centers same origin with arc centers from a higher group. It seems like github won't allow me to attach the file. FWIW the design is chugging quite a bit and random segments I was using to inset a box are flying off into space whenever I move unrelated things.
I think the fact that nothing listed is either a bug or the UX could be improved to make things clearer.
