A simple web-based chat application powered by Open Interpreter. This app allows users to interact with an AI interpreter, save conversations, and start new chats. It features a clean UI with a sidebar for managing past conversations.
- Chat with Open Interpreter: Send prompts and receive responses from the AI interpreter.
- Conversation Management:
- Save all prompts and responses as part of a conversation.
- Start a new conversation with the "New Chat" button.
- Sidebar: View and switch between past conversations.
- Formatted Output: Clean and readable responses from the AI interpreter.
Before running the app, ensure you have the following installed:
- Python 3.7 or higher
- Flask (
pip install flask) - Open Interpreter (
pip install open-interpreter)

Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/your-username/projectOne.git cd projectOne -
Install dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt

Run the Flask server:
python app.py

Access the app: Open your browser and navigate to
http://localhost:5000.

Start a New Chat:
- Click the "New Chat" button in the sidebar to start a new conversation.

Send a Prompt:
- Type your message in the input box and press "Enter" or click "Send".

View Past Conversations:
- Click on a conversation in the sidebar to load it.

Switch Conversations:
- Use the sidebar to switch between different conversations.
The app uses the following environment variables:
FLASK_PORT: Port to run the Flask server (default:5000).FLASK_DEBUG: Set toTrueto enable debug mode (default:False).
Example:
export FLASK_PORT=5000
export FLASK_DEBUG=TrueYou can modify the interpreter settings in app.py under the configure_interpreter function. For example:
interpreter.llm.model = "sin"
interpreter.llm.temperature = 0.7
