I got myself all confused so deleted the old branch and started a new one.
The user can now choose to export vertex animation textures for mobile. This will add a gamma curve and change the image to 16bit integer.  It's recommended to export the textures as tga.

Added a more robust point check for fluid exports. This should fix issues where the user observes black triangles in the game engine.

Changed the render node and camera input on the texture sheets rop to explicitly take an object. This fixes an issue where the render would produce black frames for the beauty image plane.
Fixed an issue where indie users would be limited in resolution even when rendering a single frame.  Also added explicit types to object to render and camera selection.

4 new presets that provide preview settings for the sims. Generally this involves halving the resolution and decrease the substeps.
Removed some parms that probably won't be changed by most users.
Collapsed the cache settings so you can set and forget.

Multiple parts of the animation impostor selection were broken:
incorrect output picture path, didn't include $WEDGE
Mosaic node was generating 1 too few images in an anim sequence
This includes a disc, cylinder and sphere  generator to be used in all engine plugins.
Both of these are still in an experimental stage. Use at your own risk!
This addition as well as some changes in more recent builds (16.5.460 onwards) to opencl should improve sim speed by 5x.
