Problem
We are using the Contentstack Highlight plugin but jsonToHTML does not know about are listen for the highlight attribute the plugin adds to TextNodes.
Solution
Add highlight attribute to mark types
Add default node type for highlight
Extend textNodeToHTML to look for highlight key and render node type
