feat: ShellDocs 0.1.17 with llms.txt for AI agents - #1

The four packages, the CLI pinned in the Pages workflow, and the version strings in the content and README. The home page's terminal replay gets the llms.txt line that shelldocs build prints since 0.1.17.
0.1.17 sizes an inline LogoSvg itself and HomeLayout includes the search dialog, so the logo rule in App.razor and the home page's own SearchDialog go.
razor:preview fences of plain HTML render live, 404.html shows the visitor's path, the search dialog is part of HomeLayout, and an inline LogoSvg is sized to LogoHeight. Each page says what to remove when upgrading from an older version.
Turns on ShellDocs' EnableLlmsTxt: /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, every page as Markdown, AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md / Copilot / Cursor files and the page actions menu by the title. Llms/agent-rules.md holds the rules shown to agents; the install pattern picks up the CLI and package install lines at the start of a code line, not the one inside the Steps preview. New guide "AI agents (llms.txt)" covers the options, the files, the Markdown conversion, the menu and the static export. Configuration, init, build, deployment and the package pages link to it.
An unquoted " : " in the description made the YAML invalid, so Card and Fenced code lost their description and their title fell back to the file name (in search and llms.txt too).

Moves the site to ShellDocs 0.1.17-alpha and turns on llms.txt.
Checked: Release build 0 warnings at every commit; the llms files, the menu, the logo and home search on the dev server; static export with CLI 0.1.17 writes 49 llms files and 404.html shows the visitor's path.
