While I can accept these changes for Select2 3.x, we are going through a license change with 4.0. Because of this, I need you to fill out a Google Form in order for the changes to be pulled into there as well. |

The current vietnamese translations makes no sense. There is no plural (ie. ...s) in Vietnamese.
