The template that is used when selecting "New Security Scanner Request" has a bunch of documentation on how to integrate a new scanner at the bottom. This documentation is out of date (it does not use the make command for creating a new scanner, some of the links 404, ...). I assume that the same will be true for some of the other templates.

We should take a look at all of these templates and ensure that the information they give is consistent with the documentation. Alternatively, we should remove the detailed checkbox tutorials from the templates and replace them with a link to the documentation.
