A container struct in one binding file of a proto package can hold a map
field with message values and a repeated message field whose referenced
messages are declared in another binding file of the same package. The
binding resolves both through the sibling binding file's published message
class, qualifying it with the minted side-effect import alias. Cover that
combination, which earlier tests exercised only across packages or with
singular fields per struct.
