Publishes the stacked 0.5.0 SDK QOL batch. Validated locally: 61 unit tests, disclosure audit, compile check, wheel and sdist build, twine check, isolated install, CLI smoke, browser-extra dependency check, and production API/browser canaries. Removes GitHub Actions workflows in favor of the local release process.
