Robot Framework is now officially packaged for Debian and can be installed with `apt install python3-robot`. Add a short note to the README and a dedicated section to INSTALL.rst next to the pip and source instructions. https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/robotframework

Here I've documented that robotframework can also be installed natively on Debian-based systems using
apt.
