  1. Add HillClimbingSearchWithSidewaysMoves.java 

    I am adding HillClimbingSearchWithSidewaysMoves.java from AIMA4e.
The code was originally written by Ciaran O'Reilly.
I think this code is important as SidewaysMoves are very helpful in a case of a Plateaux/shoulder.
