This README document lists all the components submitted in the github repository for completing the course project. The files saved to the repository are as follows:
- run_analysis.md – a document which contains the R scripts used along with a detailed commentary on how each step is performed
- run_analysis.r - the full R scripts used
- Tidy Data Set.txt - the full tidy data set in text format
- Code Book.txt – the codebook which lists all the variable names in the tidy data set along with a description of each variable in text format
- codebook.md – a document describing the codebook
The script used to generate the codebook is in the last part of the run_analysis.r file and is explained in the run_analysis.md file
