Optimize interactions with Git

- Put JGit repo in memory instead of working off of the fielsystem.  See https://passingcuriosity.com/2020/jgit-in-memory-local-file-system/
- Use one instance of JGit in the GitLogReader class instead of creating instances of JGit all over the place
