Description :
On the Recode Hive Community Dashboard page, the search button located in the top-right corner of the navigation bar does not respond when clicked.

To Reproduce :
Go to the Recode Hive Community Dashboard.

Navigate to the top-right corner of the header.

Click on the search button/input icon (next to the "Sign in" button).

Observe that no search overlay, input field activation, or redirect occurs.

Expected behavior :
Clicking the search button should trigger a search overlay/modal, expand into an interactive input field, or focus the user on a functional search utility.
