Some projects can't be built from sdist #16

e.g. sdist doesn't include files that should end up in the wheel. I'm trying to slowly fix the world in https://github.com/pypi-buildability-project but it's never going to be perfect. Could also use honesty or jayvdb's project to guess github urls.
