pyme_setup.iss now bundles install-python-microscopy.bat and three .ico files, waiting to build the venv on the user machine

Removed two UTF-8 em dashes, and use --no-bin flag so uv puts python in the destination directory instead of the user's roaming profile to keep everything self-contained
