Not sure what is happening, but all Windows buildbots fail compile/clean.

Serhiy, could you take a look if it's related to
http://buildbot.python.org/all/builders/AMD64%20Windows7%20SP1%203.x/builds/7107 ?
This seems to be the first failure.
