The get to know hatch tutorial is great but at the top it directs users to how to install from the hatch doumentation.

we should have

• example code of using pipx to install hatch at the top (or pip)
• Then running hatch --version to confirm that hatch is installed.
  This will make the tutorial more user friendly.
