I forgot to export the activeElement function ... which would solve my

  57  import DOM.HTML.Document (activeElement)
                                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
  
  Cannot import value activeElement from module DOM.HTML.Document
  It either does not exist or the module does not export it.
