Theme: Digitization (Social Media)
The project aims to extract HTML data from top 10 Google Search Results and provide a summary of every link. This is helpful in getting a broad view of the trending topics.
To install necessary packages run "setup.sh"
chmod +x setup.sh
./setup.sh
Packages required: BeautifulSoup, nltk, nltk data
Run main.py
WARNING: Running the program repeatedly with same keyword will prompt Google to send a warning and consider it an "Abuse" of their API.
This project has been developed and tested on Unubtu 14.04 LTS using Python 2.7.6.
