  1. drive(prisma-cli-v8): commit the S5 ORM slice working documents 

    The S5 spec, plan, divergence file, and working assets (handover brief,
execution findings, command inventory, overnight state) existed only as
untracked files in one local checkout while the slice was executed. The
cutover handover brief even warns "no specs/s5-orm.md exists" - it did,
uncommitted. Track them so the record of what S5 specified and found
survives the machine they were written on.
